a few years ago i bought a notebook from them, not a bad price for the customized piece i get, but they don't have trouble-free to reach support squad, it's kind of rock-hard to get a hold of them at most minuscule somebody who would answer any question you might hold, i also had to unfold my notebook just tight down some hardware pieces i.e tough drive and CPU fan, after that i have no problems with the notebook but i be never able to receive any assistant from them..
i suggest to shop around a little more previously you go next to ibuypower...good luck!
