I cannot turn my acer laptop on.Sometimes it work after numerous attempts.?

What happen when you turn it on? Nothing, a blue screen or the message Windows erstwhile to start properly? Toomany veriables, but offhand, nouns like a hardware issue.
that's because of booting problem you should free the maximum spaces surrounded by the hard disk. And if like peas in a pod problem exists after doing this then consult the nearest laptop service meeting point
What happens when you turn the power button on the laptop? Is it at hand is no response? or if windows fail to load? It could be the power switch. Have you checked the battery-operated level on the laptop? If its beneath warranty better to check it out rather than when it is out of warranty and will cost you for repairs.

Does the power come on?

Do you see anything on screen?

If so this will be a software problem..





If not:



Only item I can think of is any the battery is imprecise

(If you havnt connected it to AC)

Or your power button is faulty.



Only opening to know for sure is to try another battery of equal type, size and voltage.(Pref the same battery)



If that doesnt work after you have no choice but to run the laptop apart and inspect the power button.

Only suggested if you are competent with electronics due to ESD etc, otherwise you will call for to call your local computer service technician.
