I cant carry any colour on the svreen of my laptop?

I be given a laptop and if I sit down to it, I cant get any colour on it. Does anyone know if this can be fixed, and if so, anyone know of anyone who can fix it within Chichester?

Try an External Monitor and it is the same on the External next your Video Card is Knackered if it fine on the External then your LCD is Knackered. Sorry I dont know anyone contained by Chichester that could help but nice place any instrument
