Best to return with a Dell brand, off brands may own issues, and may void your warranty.
You should probably grasp it from Dell. At least at hand won't be any surprises.

Most likely it will hold to be a Dell. Most of the hardware in laptops is specific to the laptop itself and you typically cannot merely go down to an electronics store and pick up bad brand parts for them.
As the previous responses have stated, it is best to draw from it from Dell. The market is flooded near cheap Asian knockoffs and the last point you need is a mobile exploding or catching on fire. Granted Dell hold their own problems with battery, but at least you are covered should a Dell mobile cause any problems.



I also do not recommend going to eBay seller that states Original Dell Battery or OEM battery. These could very powerfully be knock-offs and inferior quality. You gain what you pay for.
