I hold a laptop that have Movies downloaded on it, i want to estimation the movies on my TV what cord do i involve ?

i cannot burn the movies to a DVD...and please within layman's terms please.

If you don't own S-video out then consider buying USB 2.0 TV (see link).

If your laptop have an S-video jack, then you can hook your computer directly to your TV.and it is possible beside the S-video jack.just connect it from your laptop to your tv and youllbe set! and most tv's in our day carry s video jacks so you should be fine :)
You should be capable of use an S Video cord available at any Radio Shack or Best Buy or the such.

Use S-video cable but dont forget to catch a headphone to RCA Y splitter so you can have the nouns go through your TV or stereo
An S-video cable but a medium laptop is usually required. If you have an s- video out socket on the side of your nouns top buy a s- video cable plug it in into both and run next to media player If you dont hold a dvd drive I doubt if you have a s-video socket. Good luck
