Purchased a Neo Laptop Notebook, still on warranty.
Encountered problem: on start up page display Username & password, after a black screen beside words flashes quickly next re-starts again. This will goes on and on routine. Kindly push for solution for repair, ok.
I integer this is trouble beside the laptop notebook's memory, please insist on?
Ok this is what I want you to do.
Put in the window disc that came near the computer.
Your computer should say Press any switch to boot from CD... or close, press any push button.
The disc will load abundant files then donate you an interface you can work with. You want to navigate to the Recovery Console.
Navigate to your hard drive when prompted (1 by default)
afterwards type chkdsk /f without the quotes and tolerate it run its course.
after that type fixboot without the quotes and consent to it run its course. Reboot and see if that fixed the problem.
if not, your best bet may be to install window over the existing copy
Since its under warrenty. You do not do any entry. Better give to the company for guidance. Also, I feel in that is a problem with the memory inside thesystem which get auto restared every time you login.
