I downloaded a set trial of HDD Temperature 1.4 monitor and it tell me that my hdd temp is at 37 deg C.?
you might want to check the picking and change it to Fahrenheit. 37* C is roughly 99 * Fahrenheit
install a concrete drive cooler

Dont freak out. My HDD is constantly at 38C and my CPU is always between 35-45C .. its typical.
