It looks approaching the type of port that usually is plugged into a digital handheld product that then connects via usb to a computer to interface. It have an elongated backwards s as its symbol. I am interested to see if this can output video to my television. What is the proper term of this thing? Thanks for your oblige.

Is the port quadilateral or circular?
The port is and s-video port and u can connect video products ie dvd player and some camcorders
