whenever i shift to the microphone test i speak into the mic on the laptop and when i hear playback its lately a loud screeching nouns, and its totally quiet around and i enjoy nothing electrical by it can anyone grant me a clue?

Lower the volume on the Record properties in the Sounds and Audio Devices within Control Panel. You could also wear headphones so the nouns from the mic doesn't feedback into the speakers during recording.
