Im planning on purchasing a HP desktop. Where can I carry one for the cheapest price or do I have to turn thru HP's website. Im hoping to customize it.

If you want to customize it a lot afterwards you could go threw in that website or perhaps christen them. You can find many HP computers contained by store which is what I suggest you do. Then you can have the store upgrade it to your fitting.
you can customize it on www.hp.com contained by the section where on earth you view the details and specs, surrounded by the upperright there should be a button that say cutomize or something simmiler. otherwise, your local computer reseller/repare/store should be able to special decree for you.
