yesturday i bought an hp pavilion dv6000 for arts school and i was downloading microsoft bureau. When i finished and tried to take the compact disc out, the drive wouldnt open and not it seem that the button used to open it is stuck. anyidea on how to fix it?

Use a article clip and PUSH the drive open, by inserting it within the tiny hole.
You might turn it off, or HOLD the power button to TURN IT OFF. Wait a moment, after turn it back on. After it reboots, the drive button might spread out it OK.
