HP Pavillion?

hello I've get a hp pavillion dv9340ea. i know it says a max strike of 2gb, but was wondering what would begin if i went over that? is 2gb a moment ago the recommended?

HP Pavillion?

Most likley will not work with more than the max knock against its a limitation of the MB not a opinion
If it says 2gb MAX, consequently no it isnt the recommended, it is the MAX. If you go over that, it will do one of two things, one human being it will only read 2gb, even if you put 4gb surrounded by, two being that it will not function at adjectives until it is reduced to the correct amount. Most likely, it will in recent times read it as 2gb.
if it says that max strike is 2gb then you can't shift over that... period.

What would come up is 1 of 2 things:

if you're lucky it would only spot the first 2 G

but more likely it would lately not boot at all.
Good cross-examine. I would bet you will not be able to stir over the 2GB, as probably each guard only allows 1GB max on respectively.

Would be curious on what other people enunciate though!
If you have Windows XP and put another 1 GB contained by it then you can bowdlerize the boot.ini file and include a switch to relay the operating system to recognize 3 GB. Here is a intertwine to a sample boot.ini folder so you know where to put the switch.

If you hold Vista then you enjoy to use BCDEdit. You can read about it here. Go tot the portion where it say 'Using the Switch' http://www.prophotowiki.com/w/index.php/...

Hope this helps. :)
If it say that's it's maximum then it ability just that it would be impossible to attain it to take more than specified.
