HP WLAN Problem Help!!?

i own a Hp Laptop DV6165Cl and i had reinstalled Vista on a verbs hardrive but my WiFi wont work and i tried to uninstall the device and reinstall and it still wont work nor the switch

many laptops now have a hardware switch to turn wlan on/off as very well as a funtion combo on the keyboard. Make sure that the hardware switch is turned on and that the the ivories function keys don't enjoy a wlan function (if they do try to turn it on and off).



Many computers also have an optoin to turn wlan on contained by the BIOS. When you computer starts up initially you can enter the bios by pressing a key combo (usually say to enter setup press something) the most common ways to find into bios is by pressing f1 or f2 during startup. In the bios you can often check the settings for the wlan card (on/off, etc)
bring in sure the driver is activated/enabled... Sometimes it gets disabled by your firewall or another programm... If this doesn't fix it, oral exam your router with another computer or try plugging within with the ethernet cable!
